To adjust your subscription plan, including upgrades and downgrades, we offer two direct methods to ensure personalized assistance and confirmation of all account details for your optimal service plan. Here’s how you can initiate a change to your subscription:

Method 1: Send an Email
1. Compose an Email: Send your request to accounting@obi.services using the email address associated with your account. In your message, specify the plan you wish to change to and indicate whether it’s an upgrade or a downgrade.

Method 2: Request Through Client Portal
1. Submit a Task Request: Log in to your Client Portal and navigate to the task submission area. Here, you can create a new task specifying your desired plan change, whether an upgrade or a downgrade. Please include the desired plan and your preference for the change's timing.

Upgrades:
- Immediate Effect: Opting for an immediate upgrade will reset your billing cycle start date to the change date, and you’ll be billed at the full price of the new plan.- Next Billing Cycle: Please indicate in your request if you prefer the upgrade to take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Downgrades:
- All downgrades will be processed to take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will be billed according to the rate of the new, downgraded plan.
