This guide briefly walks you through the main sections and functions you will encounter in the interface. Among these, you’ll discover how to navigate through your chat history, apply pre-written messages, categorize messages, search for specific conversations, manage contact records, and how set up opportunities and appointments.

Conversations Section

The top most panel has three main tabs:

  • Conversations is your main chat history 
  • Manual actions contain any manual texts added via workflows or campaigns.
  • Templates lets you create and use pre-written messages.
Message Categories

Located on the subpanel. Here the messages are categorized as: 

  • Unread shows new messages
  • Recent shows the latest interactions 
  • All shows every message exchanged with a customer.
Using Search And Filters 
  • You can search for a specific conversation by entering a customer’s name in the search box.
  • Use filters to distinguish between All Chats and My Chats.
Managing Contact Record

Located on the right side of your screen is the Contact Record. It provides a snapshot of a customer’s Contact Info (phone, email) and any TAGS. You can add new tags, opt customers out of campaigns, and include them in new ones directly from here.

Setting Up Opportunity And Appointment

This feature, located at the bottom right of the screen, allows you to create new opportunities or schedule appointments with customers.

REMEMBER: All features stated above are designed to facilitate efficient communication, track interactions, and manage customer relationships.
