Welcome to our step-by-step guide on setting up and managing pipelines within our business management application! Whether you’re working in sales, customer support, or customer fulfillment, our customizable pipelines will help streamline your processes and increase productivity. 

In this tutorial, we’ll take you through creating, customizing, and navigating between different pipelines, tailoring them to your unique business requirements.

  1. Start by setting up your pipelines. Navigate to the “Settings” section of the application. Here, you can add and customize your pipelines depending on your needs – for sales, support, fulfillment, etc.
  2. Set up the stages of your pipelines. In each pipeline, define the stages involved. This might vary depending on the type of pipeline (e.g., for a sales pipeline, stages could be “prospect”, “negotiation”, “closure”; for a support pipeline, stages could be “support needed”, “working”, “resolved”).
  3. Navigate back to the main page. Once your pipelines and their stages are set up, click “Go Back” to return to the main page.
  4. Access your pipelines. Click on the “Opportunities” tab to see your pipelines. By default, the first pipeline you created will be displayed.
  5. Switch between pipelines. To access your other pipelines, select “Sales Pipeline” and navigate to the pipeline you want to view or edit.
  6. Work within your pipelines. Now you can add and manage opportunities in each pipeline according to their stage. For instance, in the “support pipeline”, you can move a support ticket from “support needed” to “working” and finally to “resolved” as you progress.
  7. Use a customer fulfillment pipeline. Similarly, you can use a customer fulfillment pipeline to track the progress of your customers. Stages could include “onboarding”, “follow-up”, or “resigned”.
