Today, we will walk through the process of adding an appointment calendar to your business’s website.
If you’ve ever wanted to streamline how your customers book appointments, this guide is perfect for you.
- Ensure you’ve already created an appointment calendar for your business. If not, refer to the appropriate resources to do so.
- Once the calendar is set up, navigate to your website’s management interface.
- From the DASHBOARD, scroll down and click “SITES“.
- Select on the “FUNNELS” or website that you want to add the calendar to.
- Open the page you want to edit by clicking on the “EDIT PAGE” button.
- Choose where on the page you want to add the calendar. In this example, we’ll add it under a specific headline.
- Add a new row by clicking the small “+” button.
- Select “1 COLUMN” from the pop-up panel that appears.
- Add a new element by clicking the “+ADD ELEMENT” button.
- In the new pop-up panel, scroll down and look for the “CALENDAR” link. Click on it.
- When prompted, select the appropriate calendar from the “SELECT YOUR CALENDAR” dropdown.
- After the calendar is added to your page, save your changes by clicking “SAVE” at the upper right corner.
- To embed the calendar on an external website, start again at the “CALENDAR” page.
- Go to “CALENDAR SETTINGS“.
- Locate and click on “CALENDAR CODE“.
- From the “SELECT CALENDAR” dropdown, choose the calendar you want to embed.
- Copy the iframe embed code that is displayed.
- Insert this code into the appropriate section on the external website’s HTML. The calendar should now appear on the website.
