In this video, we will explore multiple ways to add prospects and customers to your campaigns or workflows within the platform. By following these methods, you can streamline your marketing efforts and effectively engage with your target audience. Let’s dive in.

Method 1

The first method involves sorting through your list to identify the specific prospects you want to include in a workflow. For example, let’s say you want to add Brad Pitt, Chris Pratt, and Steve McQueen to a workflow. To do this, select their records in the list, and then click on the robot icon. This will bring up a small box where you can add them to a campaign. Click “OK,” choose the desired campaign or workflow, and if needed, specify a scheduled start time. 

You can set it for a specific date like tomorrow or a special occasion like Christmas. Additionally, you have the option to use drip mode, where the campaign will send out content to the selected prospects gradually instead of all at once. Once you’ve made your selections, provide a name for the campaign or workflow, and click “Add To Campaign” or “Add To Workflow.” This action will add the selected prospects to the chosen workflow, and you’re ready to proceed.

Method 2

Another way to add prospects and customers is by doing it individually within their contact records. For instance, imagine you’re in a conversation with Brad, and he expresses interest in receiving more information. You can fulfill his request by sending him a brochure using an automated workflow or campaign. 

Simply open Brad’s contact record, scroll down to find the “Active Campaigns And Workflows” section, and click the “Add” button. Select the appropriate campaign from the list, specify the start time if desired, and click “Add.” This will enroll Brad in the chosen campaign, triggering the automated sending of content based on your predetermined workflow or campaign settings.

By utilizing these methods, you can efficiently add prospects and customers to your campaigns and workflows, automating your marketing efforts and ensuring targeted messaging. Whether you prefer to add prospects in bulk or individually, the platform offers flexibility to cater to your needs.
