This tutorial will guide you through the process of creating proposals in SuiteDash, both manually and using SuiteDash templates. Let’s dive into the basics.

Part 1: Creating Proposals Manually

1. Log into SuiteDash: Start by logging into your SuiteDash staff account. Ensure you have access to the billing section or hold an admin account.

2. Navigate to Proposals: In the billing section, select ‘Proposals.’

3. Add New Proposal: Click the ‘Add New Proposal’ button to begin and choose a direction for your proposal.

4. Fill in Details: Enter essential information such as the client’s name, proposal value, currency, the ‘valid until’ date, and a catchy title for the proposal.

5. Get Creative: Use the text editor to craft your proposal content. Detail your wedding services, including pricing and packages.

6. Brand Your Proposal: Incorporate your company’s branding, logo and adjust the layout to reflect your style.

7. Service Breakdown: Create individual items for each service, such as venue rental, catering, and photography.

8. Terms and Conditions: Don’t forget to include the terms and conditions and set up e-signatures for professionalism.

9. Automation Rules: Set up automation to trigger actions like document generation and follow-up emails when your proposal is accepted.

10. Final Review: Ensure everything is accurate and complete before sending it to your client.

11. Send and Track: Use SuiteDash’s email delivery options and track when the proposal is viewed.

Part 2: Creating Proposals Using SuiteDash Templates

1. Template Selection: Go to billing, then proposals, and switch to full templates.

2. Add Template: Click ‘Add Template,’ give it a title, and use the pencil icon to edit and personalize your template.

3. Add Pages: Click ‘Add a Blank Page’ to include additional sections like greetings, service details, and thank you notes.

4. Acceptance and Signature: Design the ‘Accept and Sign’ page for client e-signatures.

5. Preview and Save: Check your template and save your changes.

6. Create from Template: Back in proposals, click ‘Add Proposal,’ fill in the required information, and load your template.

7. Review and Automate: Review the loaded template and set up any desired automation for post-acceptance actions.

8. Finalize and Send: Finalize the proposal and send it to your client.

9. Client View: To ensure your client receives the proposal, impersonate them in the CRM to see what they will experience upon logging in.

Now, you’re equipped to create detailed and personalized wedding proposals in SuiteDash. Feel free to customize it and make it perfect for your clients. Happy planning!
