You can have a number of forms using SuiteDash.
Here are the things we will need for this task:

- Please select what type of forms you want to use.
- Kick-Off
- General
- Update
- Title of the form?
- Form Fields – What questions/ data do you need in the form?
- Validation – What are the required fields?
- Circle Assignment – Who do you want to use the forms?
- Trigger Action/ Flow – Where do you want your users to go after submission?
- Webhook integrations – Where do we connect the created form?
