We have received requests regarding the availability of shared plans wherein credits can be assigned to friends, partners, or clients. We are pleased to inform you that this option is now available for those subscribed to our Team VA business plan or higher.
To proceed with assigning credits to other users, the primary account holder must send an email to tech@obi.services providing the following information.
- Name of the user
- Email address of the user
- Credits to be assigned to the user
It is important to note that all users under the Shared Plan will see the plan as either Shared Business Team Plan, Shared Business Plus Plan, or Shared Agency Team VA Plan, depending on the plan subscribed by the primary account.
The main account will be solely responsible for billing and authorizing and allocating credits to other users. In the event that the primary account wishes to add, remove or replace a user, please notify us via email at tech@obi.services.
How many users can a client/main account add to their shared plan?
- Business Team Plan – additional two user
- Business Plus Team Plan – additional three users
- Agency Team Plan – additional five users
