Welcome to the guide on scheduling appointments with your Dedicated Account Manager. 

This article will teach you how to book a meeting with your Dedicated Account Manager. Whether you want to discuss important updates to your tasks, resolve a problem, or check in on your task, this guide will help you schedule your appointment quickly and confidently.

We offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation weekly. However, if it suits you better, we can divide this into two 15-minute or three 10-minute sessions. Additionally, if you require more meetings beyond the allocated weekly time, we can accommodate that by deducting the extra time from your credits.

So let’s get started!

STEP 1: On your Team VA Project, click on the “Meet with OBI” menu. You will then be redirected to the EXCLUSIVE ACCESS PAGE for Meetings.

STEP 2: Select a Date & Time then click Continue to proceed.

STEP 3: Fill in your personal information.

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Phone
  • Phone Number

Congratulations!

You have successfully booked an appointment with your dedicated account manager. You can also choose to add the appointment to your Calendar (e.g. Google Calendar, Outlook, Yahoo!, and Apple). You will also receive an email that the Appointment has been approved.
